Basic Banana Foster
Many Banana Foster recipe’s call for Banana Liquor. Personally, I don’t think it needs it. I mean, besides Banana Foster what the hell are you going to use Banana Liquor for? I think it’s a waste of money and quite unnecessary. I tried making Banana Foster sans the Banana Liquor the other day, and guess what? You don’t need it. As long as you have a nice dark rum you’ll be fine, and the best part about Banana Foster is you get to flambe the bananas. Yay fire!
